Matthew Amescua joined Harding and Carbone in 2013 and became a property tax consultant in 2015. He graduated from the University of Houston in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Matthew’s attention to detail has lead to a heavy emphasis on business personal property filing and appeals. He is also the head of our IT department and is responsible for completing our third-party Information Security Assessments, as well as our annual SSAE 18 SOC I Type II.
